Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change up until the event starts. Pre-match odds apply at the time of bet placement. Live betting odds update in real time and the odds accepted at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
Bets placed on events where the result was already known at the time of placement will be voided.

Bonuses are awarded at pisotalpak's discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Attempting to claim a bonus in a manner inconsistent with its terms, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, constitutes abuse and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as account suspension.
Bonus funds and real PHP funds in your account are tracked separately. The order in which funds are used for wagers follows the platform's standard balance rules as described in your account dashboard.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons (such as a player-initiated closure with no outstanding violations), any verified PHP balance will be returned to the player through available payment channels after applicable checks are completed.
pisotalpak provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur, during which some or all services may be temporarily unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pisotalpak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, delays, or interruptions in service.
